How can I start a trial?

About the ApprovalMax trial

The free 14-day ApprovalMax trial is a fully functional version of the product, only limited by time. When it runs out, you can purchase a subscription and keep all your data from the trial period. For details on starting a paid subscription, please refer to How can I start a paid subscription?

Please note: If you already have an ApprovalMax subscription and want to add a new trial Organisation, its trial period will be limited to 3 days.


This is how you start a trial

If you're new to ApprovalMax (i.e. you don't have an account with us), please go to our registration page, enter your email address and then follow a simple wizard.

This is how you add a new trial Organisation

If you already have an ApprovalMax subscription, you can simply add a new Organisation, which will run for 3 days free of charge. ​

  • Click on + Add an Organisation in the navigation menu:

  • Then, connect this new Organisation to Xero, QuickBooks Online or Oracle NetSuite. If you need a longer than three-day trial period, you can request an extension on the Billing & Subscriptions page:


  • You can also start a 14-day All Features trial to see which features become available across different subscription levels. It's available for Organisations on Standard or Advanced plans and provides access to all Advanced, Premium and Add-on features:
