What is the Dashboard Section?
The term Dashboard is commonly used to refer to a panel of information, indicators, and key metrics for the operation of a company.
In AdOpt, the Dashboard section centralizes the main metrics and indicators of an Organization.
Each Organization has a unique Dashboard, which gathers information from all configured Disclaimer.
Dashboard Availability
It is available for Business, Pro, and Enterprise plans.
Where can I find my organization’s Dashboard?
Log in to your AdOpt account.
Access your (1) Organization;
In the sidebar menu, click the (2) Dashboard button under your Organization.
What is the Purpose of the Dashboard?
By analyzing section (4) of the previous image, we can see that the Dashboard provides a visualization of data of the last 30 days for the (3) selected Disclaimer, allowing you to:
Analyze Unique users;
Track Opt-ins (clicks on Accept, with or without Cookie customizations);
Verify Data Subject Requests: Opt-outs and Data Downloads;
Measure Rejected (clicks on Reject).
💡 Tip: This view allows you to identify peaks, low periods, and understand the direct impact on analytics, such as Google Analytics.
How Does the Metrics Visualization Work?
(3) When selecting the Disclaimer you want to analyze, three charts become available (numbers indicated in the previous image):
(5) Unique users per day;
(6) Requests received (Downloads and Opt-outs);
(7) General metrics compilation, including: Unique Visitors; Opt-ins; Opt-outs; Downloads; Rejections.
ℹ️ Info: Visitors that clicks on Accept → counted as Opt-ins; Visitor that clicks on Reject → counted as Rejected; Visitor who does not interact with the Cookie Banner → counted only as Unique Visitor (not counted as Opt-in or Rejected).
How Does the Dashboard Data Update Work?
Metrics are updated daily and display the last 30 days of data individually for each Disclaimer, for the (3) Selected Disclaimer.
Practical Benefits for Your Analysis
Understand if “data gaps” (in GA4 or VTEX, for example) are due to rejections, configuration errors, or limitations of the tool itself;
Compare visitor behavior over time;
Support the DPO in monitoring data subject requests (Downloads and Opt-outs).
