There are two ways to add pages to a space.
Select the create button. Choose which page is the parent page
Select the + button. New pages are created as children of the page you selected.
Select which sort of page you want to add.
By default pages are created with restrictions applied. The restrictions limit edit and view access to the page creator.
To create a page with no restrictions use the Restrictions toggle.
Create Multiple Pages
Creating multiple pages at once is a great way to set up Spaces when you know what content and structure they need to have. It’s the ideal way to prepare spaces for new teams and projects.
Select Create multiple pages.
Choose the parent page for the new pages you are creating.
Use the + Add page button to add up to 200 new pages.
Each page needs to be given a name before it can be added.
You can also select a different page type or choose to use a template for the page.
Using the buttons beside each page you can:
Add a child page
Delete a page
Copy a page
You can also rearrange the page order using the drag handles
Child pages will collapse and move with their parent page.
Add a Child Page
Select the + button to add a child page.
The new child page is added below the lowest child page at the same level.
Delete a Page
Select the trash icon to remove a page from your hierarchy.
Only the selected page is removed.
If the deleted page has child pages, the children are brought up on level and added to the bottom of the lowest page at the same level.
Copy a Page
Use the Copy button to create another page with the same settings, and an updated name.
The new page is created beneath the copied page.
Page Restrictions
By default pages are created with restrictions applied. The restrictions limit edit and view access to the page creator.
To create a page with no restrictions use the Restrictions toggle.
Once you are happy with your settings, select Create.
Creating a large number of pages can take some time. Keep the tab open while the pages are created.
