You can copy pages using the page menu.

Hover over the name of the page you want to move to reveal the page menu. Select the menu icon then Copy.

In the Copy dialog box select where you want to copy the page to by selecting:

  • Destination Space

  • Target Page

  • Position

The preview lets you check where the page will go to help you get the correct location.

When adding as a child page, it will appear at the bottom of all existing child pages, so you may have to scroll through the preview to find its location.

(Optional) If the page has child pages you can also copy them to the new location by selecting the copy child pages checkbox.

If there is a page with the same name in the destination space the page then (copy) will be added to the end of the page name. You can alter the page name using the Add Prefix and Add Suffix fields. The preview lets you check the output before you save.

You can select the Rename pages check box to the name of the page to use these fields even if there is no naming conflict.

The preview shows the updated name.

Select Apply to copy the page.
