How does ‘Refer a Friend or Family Member’ work?

Learn how to refer others in your household to SlothMove and why it’s useful.

When you move home, you may not handle every bill yourself. For example, you might pay the rent and water bills, while your partner pays council tax and energy bills. To make sure everyone’s updates are covered, SlothMove lets you refer up to 5 friends or family members.

Here’s how it works (for now):

  1. Send us an email at hello@slothmove.com.

  2. Use the subject line: Friends and Family Referral.

  3. Include the Name, Email, and Relationship of each person you’d like to refer (up to 5).

We’ll then contact them directly with a discount code so they can sign up and complete their own address updates with SlothMove.

Who is it for?
It’s for anyone in your household — not just by blood, but those closest to you who may manage bills or accounts linked to your home.

Important note on email addresses:
For security and data protection reasons, each SlothMove account must have a unique email address. The same email cannot be used for more than one customer. This ensures your data is kept secure, updates are sent to the correct person, and we remain GDPR compliant.
