How to add SlothMove to your safe sender list?

A simple walkthrough for customers to ensure SlothMove emails don’t go to their junk folder causing missed communications.

To make sure you don’t miss important updates, add hello@slothmove.com to your safe sender list.

Here’s how:
​

📱 On iPhone (Apple Mail):

  1. Open an email from SlothMove.

  2. Tap the sender’s name at the top.

  3. Choose Add to Contacts.

📱 On Android (Gmail):

  1. Open your Gmail app.

  2. Open an email from SlothMove.

  3. Tap the three dots (top-right) → Add to Contacts.

💻 On Windows (Outlook):

  1. Right-click our email in your inbox.

  2. Select Junk → Never Block Sender.

  3. Done! Emails will now go to your main inbox.

👉 If you don’t set this up, please check your junk folder regularly.
