What a customer needs to do if they have entered incorrect details before signing their Letter of Authority (LOA)

If you spot a mistake, please contact us before signing your LOA. Once you’ve signed, your updates are automatically sent and cannot be cancelled.

⚠️ Common mistakes include:

  • Uploading the wrong driving licence or V5C number

  • Typing your National Insurance number incorrectly
