A Letter of Authority (LOA) is a legal document that allows SlothMove to contact organisations on your behalf.

By signing your LOA, you give us permission to send your address update notifications to the services you’ve chosen (e.g. DVLA, HMRC, DWP).

🔑 Why it matters:

  • Without it, organisations will not accept updates from us.

  • It confirms to each organisation that you have authorised SlothMove to act for you.

We only use your LOA for address updates and nothing else.

💙 If you’re unsure about your LOA, just reach out to us and we’ll be happy to help.
