A Letter of Authority (LOA) is a legal document that gives SlothMove permission to act on your behalf for one specific task: notifying the organisations you’ve chosen that your address has changed.
By signing your LOA, you authorise us to send your address update notifications to services you select (for example, HMRC, DWP, and other providers).
Why it matters:
Many organisations will only accept an address update if they have your written permission.
It confirms you have authorised SlothMove to submit the update for you.
Your LOA is only used for address updates. It cannot be used for anything else.
Please note: Your LOA is valid for a set period of time and only covers the organisations and address update request you have selected.
