Managing Logins with More Than One Centre Account

Internet browsers such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge retain login information even after you've closed the window. When managing two centre accounts, follow these steps for efficient and secure navigation:

  1. Complete Logout: After using one centre account, log out completely and wait for at least 30 minutes before logging in with a different centre number. This waiting period allows the browser to clear cached data and login information.

  2. Immediate Access: If you need to log in sooner, choose one of these options:

    • Clear Cache and Cookies: This action removes session data and deletes stored login information for all websites, potentially requiring you to re-enter credentials elsewhere.

    • Use Separate Browsers: We recommend using different internet browsers for each centre account. This ensures that login sessions remain entirely separate, reducing the risk of confusion and errors.

By following these steps, you'll efficiently manage multiple centre accounts while reducing the risk of inadvertent registration errors.
