TPO Admins and Super Users can easily restore apprentice records that have been manually archived, improving flexibility and record management within ACE360.
How to restore an archived apprentice
Navigate to the Apprentice Records section in ACE360.
Locate the archived apprentice record you wish to restore.
Click the “Actions” menu associated with the record.
Select “Restore this Apprentice”.
Once restored, the apprentice record will become active again and available across the system as normal.
