It's important to note that if you do not have the Reg & Cert folder on your account, you will need to contact your Centre Coordinator to request permission to be added to your account.

To register a learner for a single unit using Online Services, access the Online Services navigation menu and click on "Reg & Cert".

From the available tiles, select "Registration."

Please note: Before proceeding the full qualification covering the single units must be approved on your centre remit before registering learners on the single units.

You must now follow each step below accurately, please click on the arrow alongside each step to expand the instructions:

Step 1: Selecting the Qualification Code

Under the list of approved qualifications, you'll find the following options:

OCQU: Occupational Single Units

VRQU1: Vocational Related Single Units

SVQU: Scottish Vocational Single Units

GVQU: Graded Single Units

Please select the relevant code that corresponds to the unit you need to register. Once you've made your selection, click on "Next."

Step 2: Entering the Learner Details

After clicking "Next," you will be prompted to provide the learner details. Please be aware that all fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.

Tip: For existing EAL learners, choose "Existing Registered Candidate" and enter their candidate number.

Step 3: Locating the Unit to Register

To input the units, navigate to the "Enter Unit" section, where you can enter the unit code (e.g., QPEO2/019N) and click on "Locate."

Repeat the process of entering units until you have included all the desired units for the learner's registration.

Once you have added all the required units, you can proceed with registering the learner.
