Ordering a Replacement Certificate for a Learner.

It's important to note that if you do not have the Utilities folder on your account, you will need to contact your Centre Coordinator to request permission to be added to your account.

Before you continue please note you cannot order replacement certificate if it was printed within the last 30 days. If this is the case, please contact the EAL Customer Experience Team who will support you further.

To request a replacement (duplicate) certificate Online Services, follow these steps:

Go to the Online Services navigation menu and select "Utilities".

From the available tiles, select "Replacement Certificate".

Then use the 'Selection Criteria' to search for your learner and press 'Search'

The learner registration will now appear in the search results.

Select the learner you want to request a replacement certificate for and select 'Show Certificate'

Please note: Only learners that have been certificated will show in the above search results.

You will now see the certificate details on screen. Please check that the certificate details are correct before placing your order and that the certificate has not been issued within the last 30 days.

Please note: Once the order has been placed, unfortunately we are not able to reverse this as the certificate is automatically printed and your centre will be invoiced.

Once you have checked the certificate details and you are ready to proceed to placing the order, please enter a purchase order number - this number will appear on the invoice

To finalise the order, please tick the disclaimer confirming you understand that your centre will be invoiced. Please check the latest EAL price list for fees. Then press 'Save'

You will the receive confirmation at the top of the screen to confirm the replacement certificate request has been saved successfully

Please allow 5-7 working days for the replacement certificate to arrive
