If your learners registration is older than 3 months please contact the Customer Experience Team once you have placed your order with your learners details.

It's important to note that if you do not have the Utilities folder on your account, you will need to contact your Centre Coordinator to request permission to be added to your account.

To order a replacement portfolio in Online Services, follow these steps:

Go to the Online Services navigation menu and select "Utilities"

From the available tiles, select "Replacement Portfolio."

Use the "Selection Criteria" to search for the learner whose portfolio needs to be replaced and press "Search".

The learner registration will appear in the search results.

Select the learner whose portfolio you want to replace and click on "Show Registration Details".

Please verify that the details are correct and that the "Units Registered" are correct. If you are satisfied, select "Add to Basket".

If you need to add more learners to the basket, click on "Back" to search for additional learners and follow the process again.

Once all the learners have been added to the basket, click on "View Basket".

Review the learners that you have added to the basket and make sure they are correct. If you need to remove a learner, select the learner row and press "Delete Selected Record".

If you are ready to proceed, enter a "Purchase order number". This number will appear on the invoice and cannot be changed once it has been entered.

If you would like the replacement portfolio to be delivered to an alternative address from your centre's main address, tick the "Alternative Shipping Address" checkbox. A shipping address window will appear.

Next, acknowledge that there will be a charge and an invoice will be issued against your centre. Fees apply, please check the latest EAL Pricelist.

Then select "Save" to confirm the order.

You will receive a confirmation message at the top of the screen that the replacement portfolio request has been saved successfully.

Please allow 5-7 working days for the replacement portfolio to arrive.
