It's important to note that if you do not have the Utilities folder on your account, you will need to contact your Centre Coordinator to request permission to be added to your account.
To withdraw a learner registration in Online Services, follow these steps:
Go to the Online Services navigation menu and select "Utilities".
From the available tiles, select "Withdraw Learner".
Use the "Selection Criteria" to search for the learner and press "Search". The learner registration will appear in the search results.
Select the learner you wish to withdraw and click "Show CQN details".
Before withdrawing the registration, verify that the registration details are correct and that you are withdrawing the correct qualification. Please note that any registration withdrawn cannot be reversed.
If you are satisfied to proceed, choose "Withdraw Status" from the dropdown list and click "Save".
Confirmation of successful withdrawal will appear at the top of the screen..
Please note:
If you are withdrawing a learner with a 'Registered' status, then 'Registration Cancelled' will appear in the dropdown list.
If you are withdrawing a learner with a 'Units Claim' or 'Exam Pass' status, then 'Historic (Learner Left Centre)' will appear in the dropdown list.
Learners who have been fully certificated cannot be withdrawn.
