It's important to note that if you do not have the Utilities folder on your account, you will need to contact your Centre Coordinator to request permission to be added to your account.

Transferring a learner registration from one candidate to another within 6 months of the initial registration is a free service offered to save registration fees if a learner has left the qualification.

Important: Please keep in mind that we do not offer credits for incorrect registrations or learners who have left the qualification. It's important to settle all invoices within the specified payment terms listed on the invoice. For more details, you can refer to our invoicing policy.

To transfer a learner registration using De-Registration Re-Registration in Online Services, follow these steps:

Go to the Online Services navigation menu and select "Utilities".

From the available tiles, select "De reg/Re reg".

Use the "Selection Criteria" to search for the learner whose registration you want to transfer. Click "Search", and the learner registration will appear in the search results.

Select the learner and the qualification you want to transfer to another learner, and then select "Next".

Enter the new learner's details or select "Existing Registered Candidate" to find a learner who is already registered at your centre.

To select the new units for the learner, use the onscreen options to navigate through the list of units or use the "Enter Unit" option to search for each unit. Use the checkbox in the "Reg Units" column to select the unit you want to add to the learner registration.

Once you have chosen the new units for the learner, select "Save". If the transfer is successful, a green tick will appear at the top of the screen, confirming that the candidate registration has been saved.
