It's important to note that if you do not have the Utilities folder on your account, you will need to contact your Centre Coordinator to request permission to be added to your account.

Please note: If you already have a ULN number in this field however need to amend it, you will need to send your enquiry to the EAL Customer Experience Team who will support you with amending the ULN.

If 0000000000 is displaying in the ULN field, this means that you did not initially enter a ULN when the learner was registered and by following this guidance you will be able to add one.

To add a learner ULN in Online Services, follow these steps:

Go to the Online Services navigation menu and select "Utilities".

From the available tiles, select "Edit ULN".

Then use the ‘Selection Criteria’ to search for your learners and press ‘Search’

The learner registrations will now appear in the search results.

Please note: You will only need to edit a ULN per candidate number and not every registration the learner is register to.

Select the learner and the row will highlight in amber:

Then select ‘Show Details’

You can now enter the learner ULN in the ‘ULN’ field.

Once you have entered the new ULN, please select ‘Save’.
