It's important to note that if you do not have the Reporting folder on your account, you will need to contact your Centre Coordinator to request permission to be added to your account.
To run a certification report in Online Services, follow these steps:
Go to the Online Services navigation menu and select "Reporting".
From the available tiles, select "Certification Report"
Then use the ‘Selection Criteria’ to search for your learners.
Tip: If you are searching by qualification number you can use an asterisk (*) next to the qualification number to capture all pathways – For example: 600/8264/1*
Once you have entered your criteria, select ‘Get Claim Data’.
The learner registrations will now appear in the search results. You can either scroll through the list of learners or export this list to excel.
If you would like to export this list, select the ‘Export’ button, and save the file to your local computer.
