It's important to note that if you do not have the Reporting folder on your account, you will need to contact your Centre Coordinator to request permission to be added to your account.
To run a registration report in Online Services, follow these steps:
Go to the Online Services navigation menu and select "Reporting".
From the available tiles, select "Registration Report."
Then use the ‘Selection Criteria’ to search for your learners.
Tip: If you are searching by qualification number you can use an asterisk (*) next to the qualification number to capture all pathways – For example: 600/8264/1*
You can filter by Registration Status e.g. Restricted Claim.
To do this you will need to change the number within the Reg Status box
Select the two windows at the end of the box to view all numbers that correlate to different Reg Status
You can then view the different Reg Status available and the numbers that correlate with them
Please use the scroll bar to see all the available results
Once you have entered your criteria, select ‘Get Registration Data’.
The learner registrations will now appear in the search results. You can either scroll through the list of learners or export this list to excel.
If you would like to export this list, select the ‘Export’ button, and save the file to your local computer.
