It's important to note that if you do not have the Reporting folder on your account, you will need to contact your Centre Coordinator to request permission to be added to your account.

To run a candidate history report in Online Services, follow these steps:

Go to the Online Services navigation menu and select "Reporting".

From the available tiles, select "Candidate History Report"

Then use the ‘Selection Criteria’ to search for your learner.

Tip: Candidate history reports are individual to a learner therefore it is easier to search by the candidate number.

Once you have entered the ‘Selection Criteria’ click on ‘Generate Learner History (PDF)’

A copy of the report will now display on screen: this report is a full breakdown of the learner registration and any claims that have been processed.

To download this report, select the download button from the PDF navigation bar. (Depending on your browser the download button may appear different).

You will then need to save this document to your local computer.
