We currently print and despatch hardcopy certificates once a week, every Thursday therefore you should receive any hardcopy certificate within 14 working days of the last print date.

In order to check the last print date, please login to Online Services and navigate to the "Reg/Cert" tab and then select "Certification"

Please then search for the learner and in the search result you will see a column named "Last Print Dt." as highlighted below.

If you have not received the certificate within 6 weeks of this last print date, then please contact our friendly Customer Experience Team who will support you with replacing the certificate(s).

Please note if the learner has not been issued a certificate and the status of the learner claim is 'Restricted Claim (N)' then you will need to contact the EQA that is linked to the qualification on your Smarter Touch remit.
