Please note only Super Users are authorised to make changes to the billing address in Smarter Touch. It is imperative to ensure that the billing address information is accurate as this will appear on all invoices generated.

You will not be able to amend your Billing Organisation Name. If you require to change this please refer to our guidance on 'Changing Centre Details'

If you need to update your billing address in Smarter Touch, follow these simple steps:

  1. Login to your Smarter Touch account.

  2. From the top navigation bar, select 'My Organisation'.

  3. On the left hand side, select 'Additional EAL info'.

  4. Under the 'Location' section, enter your new billing address.

  5. Once you have completed all the required fields, hit 'Save' at the bottom of the screen.

It's important to note that once you have updated your billing address, it will take up to one working day for the new address to be integrated into Online Services and display on your historic invoices.
