Smarter Touch offers different types of user roles and permissions, this article provides information on the types of users you can create in Smarter Touch, their roles, and their permissions.

Super User:

A Super User has access to all features and functionalities of the platform. They are responsible for maintaining and managing details, creating forms, and making any necessary changes to the system for their centre. They can create accounts for other staff members and request email notifications about different forms and statuses set by EAL for their centre. They are also the only type of user that can create and submit Reasonable Adjustments and Special Considerations forms. There is no limit to how many Super Users a centre can have in Smarter Touch.

General User:

A General User has limited access to the features and functionalities of the platform. They cannot create other user accounts but can access most of the information available on the platform.

Senior Manager:

A Senior Manager has access to view the information available for their centre but cannot make any changes or modifications. They cannot view or create any forms on the platform and cannot be given additional roles or permissions.

To create a new user in Smarter Touch, a Super User must follow the provided guidance.

It is important to ensure that the user roles and permissions are assigned correctly to avoid any unauthorized access or data breaches.
