What is it?
EAL Online Services is the core platform for all EAL Recognised Centres, designed to centrally manage learner registration and certification processes, as well as maintain learner details. The platform offers a range of tools and functionalities to support Centres in the successful delivery of EAL qualifications.
The key features include:
Registration & Certification: Seamlessly manage the core processes of registering learners for any EAL qualification that your Centre is approved to deliver and processing their claims for certification upon completion.
Publications & Qualification Information: Access and download a comprehensive library of support materials for any EAL regulated qualification your Centre is approved for. This area also allows you to view critical information, including qualification end dates and review dates.
Learner Management Utilities: Utilise a suite of essential tools to manage learner records throughout their journey. This includes functionalities to change pathways, de-register or re-register individuals, amend candidate details, request replacement certificates, process withdrawals, and order physical publications.
User Maintenance: Create and modify user accounts to manage access to specific areas of Online Services and the Surpass assessment platform. (Please note: This facility is exclusively available to the designated Centre Coordinator).
Reporting & Analytics: Generate and export a range of detailed reports to monitor activity and gain valuable insights. Available reports include registration summaries, certification claims, candidate history, and registration confirmations.
Electronic Invoicing (e-Invoices): Conveniently view and download PDF copies of your Centre's current and historic invoices for simplified financial management and record-keeping. (Please note: This facility is exclusively available to the designated Centre Coordinator).
Access, Permissions, and Support
Access to the EAL Online Services platform is based on permissions set by a Centre Coordinator. If a user does not have access to any of the features listed above, they should speak to their Centre Coordinator, who will be able to review and amend their permissions accordingly.
