It's important to note that if you do not have the Reg & Cert folder on your account, you will need to contact your Centre Coordinator to request permission to be added to your account.

Please refer to the Process of Certificating a Learner article if you intend to process a claim. It is not possible to claim a learner qualification via the Search tool.

To search for learners in Online Services, follow these steps:

Go to the Online Services navigation menu and select "Reg & Cert".

From the available tiles, select "Search."

You can quick search for a candidate by entering their 'Candidate Number' or 'CQN'

Alternatively you can locate the learner through their 'First Name', 'Surname' ,'Date of Birth' or 'Employment Group' (for more information please see guidance on Employer Cohort Tag)

Once you have located the learner you cant select 'Get Claim Details for Candidate'

You will then be able to view what the learner is registered onto
