Before continuing please note only Super Users can change a user type in Smarter Touch

Select 'Users' from the top navigation bar

Select the user you wish to change user type from the list

Select 'Change user type' from the top right hand side

You can then select the new user type from the list - to see a break down of each user type please click here

You will then receive confirmation that the user has been changed
