User Maintenance

User Maintenance can only be accessed by the Centre Coordinator to maintain users.

Users set up with exam access will need to wait overnight for their username and password to integrate with Surpass. If the following message appears the user has not allowed enough time: ‘ERROR WHEN PROCESSING YOUR REQUEST’

Surpass uses the same username and password as Online Services. You can access both systems by logging into the EAL Connect.
