Once you've placed an order for a replacement certificate, ERR workbook, or replacement portfolio, please allow 5-7 working days for delivery.

Withdrawn learners cannot be reinstated.

Fully certificated learners cannot be withdrawn.

You can transfer a learner registration from one to another free of charge within 6 month of the original registration being processed. This is to save of registrations fees if a learner has left the qualification. The previous learner must have a status of ‘Registered’ and the new learner can only be registered to the qualification the previous learner was registered to. You can amend up to 3 characters per learner name (First, Middle Initial, Surname) before certification, a learners gender or a learners date of birth except for the year of birth. Please click here for further guidance.

Any learner changes that you are not permitted to amend online will need to be sent to the EAL Customer Experience Team with ID or an enrolment form for the learner.

You can add a ULN to a learner profile using the Edit ULN functionality in Utilities however if you would like to amend a ULN you will need to send an enquiry to the EAL Customer Experience Team who will be able to amend the ULN for you. All ULN numbers must be added prior to certification.

You can transfer a learner pathway to any other live pathway within the same qualification.

Any learner registered to an extended diploma that include performing engineering operation units can be transferred to any other extended diploma that include performing engineering operation units free of charge. This can be processed in ‘Change Pathway’. Each qualification must be live and approved on your centre remit.
