Before You Start:

If you do not have access to the Reg & Cert folder in your account, you’ll need to contact your Centre Coordinator to request permission to be added.

1. Logging into Online Services:

Go to EAL Connect and log into your Online Services account.

Once logged in, locate and select the Online Services tile under "My Applications" on your dashboard.

2. Registration and Certification:

In the Online Service navigation menu, click on "Reg & Cert".

From the list of available tiles, click on "Result Acceptance".

3. Selection Criteria:

Use the on-screen filters to search for the learner, then click "Search".

A list of learners registered for the selected exam series will appear.

Find the correct learner and click "Get Exam Details for the Candidate".

4. Accepting the Result:

A breakdown of the learner’s attempts will be displayed. Review all details carefully, then select the radio button on the left-hand side to choose the appropriate result.

Click "Accept Result" to proceed.

A confirmation message will appear at the top of the screen to confirm that the result has been successfully claimed.

Please note: Accepting a learner’s result for an exam series will trigger the full qualification certification process. Once accepted, the learner will not be able to re-sit the examination in any future series.

Please do not accept the result if the learner is expected to be registered for a re-sit in a future exam series, or until the outcome of any post-result service (such as a Clerical Check or Review of Original Marking) has been concluded.
