Bulk Upload of Apprentices to ACE360

Adding multiple apprentices at once is best handled through ACE360’s secure bulk upload process. To protect confidential and personal data in line with GDPR regulations, bulk uploads are managed through a secure file transfer system integrated with ACE360’s Zendesk Ticketing service.

Step by Step Guide

Start by downloading the official ACE360 Bulk Upload Template. This template contains all the required fields and ensures your data is in the correct format.

Complete the Template

Fill in the spreadsheet with accurate apprentice information - such as names, dates of birth, email addresses, start dates, standard codes, and employer details. Double-check that all required fields are completed and data is formatted correctly.

Register for Zendesk Secure File Transfer

If you have not used ACE360’s Zendesk Ticketing system before, visit their portal and register for an account. You’ll need to verify your email address to complete registration. If you are having any issues during this step, reach out to support@ace360.org.

Submit Your Bulk Upload via Zendesk

Once registered and logged in, click ‘Submit a request’ at the top right of the Zendesk screen. This will take you to the ticket creation page. Create a new ticket, attach your completed bulk upload file using the integrated Send Safely tool, and provide any additional details required.

Confirmation and Next Steps

After submitting your ticket, the ACE360 support team will process your upload. You will be notified if there are any issues with the data, or once the apprentice records have been successfully added to the system. If any corrections are needed, simply update your file and resubmit via Zendesk.
