Setting up Standards on ACE360

Once you’ve linked your organisation with EAL on ACE360, the next step is to add the standards you’re approved to deliver. This ensures you can manage apprentices correctly and avoid issues at Gateway.

Please note that only the Super Admin can update Standard Offerings.

  • Login to ACE360 and navigate to the "Standards" tag in the left navigation panel

  • Select "Update Standard Offering" and use the search function to find the standard you're approved to deliver

  • Ensure you select the correct version and pathway for your learners

  • Click "Save" to add the standards to your offerings on ACE

Important: For some standards, EAL only offers specific versions or pathways. Selecting the wrong one can delay your apprentices' progress or cause issues during EPA. Always double-check you're selecting the correct version and pathway.
