How to Link Your Organisation with EAL on ACE360

Once your ACE360 account is set up, the next essential step is to link your organisation with EAL as your chosen End Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO). To do this, follow the steps below.

Setting up the Link

  • Login to ACE360 at the link here

  • From your dashboard, click on your account name or profile icon in the top right of the screen

  • If a link to EAL already exists from your initial account setup then no further action needed

  • If there is no active link to EAL, click "EPAO Links" and select "Request a link to another EPAO"

  • Select "EAL" from the dropdown list and submit the link request

EAL aims to approve link requests within 2 working days.

If no active proposal is currently in place between your organisation and EAL, your request may not be approved immediately. In that case, our EPA Customer Experience team will reach out to guide you through setting up a proposal and next steps.
