Hard-copy certificates are printed monthly and dispatched within 3 working days after the 10th of each month. Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery. Certificates are sent to the main centre address in Smarter Touch and are addressed to the centre coordinator.

Requests for replacement certificates are printed and dispatched within 48 hours after the 3rd of each month.
