Hard-copy certificates are printed monthly, typically on the 10th of each month, and dispatched within 3 working days. Please allow a further 7–10 working days for delivery.
Certificates are sent to the main centre address held in Smarter Touch and are addressed to the centre coordinator.
Please note: e-certificates are issued earlier, typically within 1 working day of an online claim (or 2 working days for paper-based claims), and can be accessed digitally while awaiting the hard-copy certificate.
