If you cannot find a learner's certificate in Certify, please follow these steps:

Check Online Services to ensure the certificate has been claimed and has no claim restrictions associated with the claim.

Confirm that at least one working day has passed since the claim was processed. e-Certificates are typically released each working day around 11:30 AM and should be available for download by 1:00 PM.

If you have verified these factors and still cannot locate the certificate, please contact our Customer Experience Team for further assistance.
