A learner's name is incorrect on the e-Certificate. How can this be amended?

Once a certificate has been issued, you cannot amend the name directly within Certify or Online Services. To make changes, please contact our Customer Experience Team and provide the learners candidate number along with a copy of the learners ID, this can include passport, driving license, birth certificate or enrolment form. Our team will then make the necessary amendments to the certificate.
