My paper-based exams have arrived damaged, what do I do?

If you have received damaged exam papers, you must contact EALs Exams Team: Exams@eal.org.uk.

Upon receiving notification of damaged exam papers, our Exams Team will promptly investigate the issue and aim to securely re-despatch the papers.
