If you haven’t received notification that your papers have been despatched or you haven’t received the paper-based exams 7 days prior to the exam date, you must contact EALs Exams Team: Exams@eal.org.uk.
Upon receiving notification of lost exam papers, our Exams Team will promptly investigate the issue and aim to securely re-despatch the papers.
