Certify lets you view, download and manage learner e-Certificates securely.
This guide will help you access the system for the first time.
Accessing Certify
Certify is available through the EAL Connect portal. Once you have the correct permissions, you can select the tile called Certify on your application dashboard.
Permission required: Your account must be enabled in Online Services to view e-Certificates. If you see a permission error message when selecting the Certify tile, it means your access hasn’t been set up yet. Please contact your Centre Coordinator, who can grant the necessary permissions.
Logging in
Go to the EAL Connect portal.
Enter your username and password.
From the dashboard, under Applications, select the Certify tile.
