To access Certify, you must have permission from Online Services to view e-Certificates. With this permission, you'll notice an additional tile called ‘Certify’ within the EAL Connect portal.

However, if you do not have access to this feature, please get in touch with your Centre Coordinator, who will be able to grant you the necessary permission.
