Following a recent update to our SecureClient software, you might encounter the error message below when running SecureClient:
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
Load up the Settings menu on your computer.
Locate the Typing settings.
Ensure that every setting under the following categories is turned off:
Spelling
Typing
Hardware Keyboard
Multilingual Text Suggestions
Please take a look at the screenshots below for guidance on turning off these options.
Using Group Policies
If using Group Policies, centres need to ensure the Group Policies in place are setting the below registry keys to β0β.
