If an apprentice requires reasonable adjustments (such as extra time, assistive technology, or other support), this must be flagged as early as possible in ACE360 to avoid delays.

Steps to Submit Request for Reasonable Adjustment

  • Log in to ACE360, find the apprentice’s profile, and open their record

  • Look for the area labelled “Reasonable Adjustments” within the apprentice’s profile and "tick the box"

  • Clearly describe the support or adjustment required by uploading documents or evidence to the "Shared Documents" section on their profile

  • We may contact you if we need more information

Requests made late in the process can delay assessments, so submit them as soon as the need is identified.
