End Point Assessment completion certificates are typically claimed 20 working days after results have been released on ACE360. Once claimed, delivery can take a minimum of 15 working days, depending on when the certificate enters a print run.
It is important for Training Providers to ensure that all learner or employer addresses are accurate and up to date in ACE360 to facilitate timely delivery.
If a certificate has not arrived 40 working days after results release (20 days to claim + 15–20 for delivery), please contact our Customer Experience – EPA Team, and we’ll investigate accordingly.
