Logging on to ACE360 for the first time

To access the ACE360 platform for the first time, you will receive an email from inviting you to set up your ACE360 account. Click on Complete Account Setup to begin the process – this will automatically set you up as the Super Admin user for your organisation.

Upon initial login you will need to follow these 3 simple steps:

  • Enter your personal and organisation details and set a password. Please remember to include your VAT status.

  • Confirm your EPA ID – this will be A 7-character code in the following format: EPAXXXX.

  • You will then be required to read and accept the Terms of Use.

Once you have completed all 3 steps a message will display confirming you have successfully set up your account. You will then be able to login. Select EAL from the list of EPAOs, create additional logins for other users and set up the standards you are authorised to deliver.
