To get your organisation access to the ACE360 platform, simply follow the steps below.

Start by clicking the link below and filling in a short form. Once completed, you’ll be able to book a free introductory webinar that will walk you through getting set up and linking your organisation with EAL:

You’ll need just a few key details to register:

  • Your UKPRN or EPAO Organisation ID

  • The standards you are registered for

  • The organisations you work with (include EAL here)

  • Approximate number of apprentices on standards

  • Your expected first apprentice Gateway date

  • General contact information for your organisation

Alternatively, you can also email support@ace360.org to request access. ACE360 will then send you an invitation and guide you through the setup via webinar, including how to link your organisation to EAL.

Once your demo is complete, you'll receive setup guidance to help you get started with the platform. That includes this detailed walkthrough - Sign In and Get Started with ACE360.

Already Received Your Setup Email?

If you’ve been invited to ACE360 via email from info@fiss.com, here’s what to do:

  1. Click “Complete Account Setup” in the email – this will register you as the Super Admin for your organisation

  2. Enter your personal and organisation details (include your VAT status) and create a password

  3. Confirm your EPA ID – a 7-character code like EPAXXXX

  4. Accept the Terms of Use

Once complete, you'll see a confirmation message that your account is active. From there, you can log in, select EAL from the list of EPAOs, add users, and set up the standards you deliver.
