To add Clean vehicle directive to Contract notice:
While in the Contract notice form:
Click Further information on the left-side menu.
Scroll-down to the Strategic procurement page section
Select Yes on Clean Vehicle Directive
Optional: Select the CVD Contract Type from the drop-down menu
