If the tenderer has declared in the ‘Information concerning the economic operator’ section of a structured ESPD form that the tender is submitted together with others (as a group), a member of such group is required to file its own qualification report before the actual tenderer will be able to submit its tender. Each member of the group must file its own qualification report.
The group members declared by the tenderer in its tender are shown on the ‘ESPD qualification report requests’ tab
Enter the group member’s e-mail address in the ‘E-mail address’ field
Click ‘Send a request’ to send the request to fill out the qualification report
You may re-send the request by clicking ‘Resend request’.
Confirm the submission
The group member will receive an e-mail that contains a link through which the subcontractor may fill out the qualification report
When the request to fill out the group member qualification report has been sent to the actual tenderer
