The process for moving or copying an object is the same between sub-areas in a request divided into lots and between groups in a turnkey procurement. Moving and copying objects and criteria is carried out by clicking the same button, after which a selection is made as to whether the object or criterion is to be moved or copied.
Moving/copying sub-area (group) objects from one sub-area (group) to another
If you want to move or copy an object from one sub-area (group) to another, this cannot be done by dragging and dropping, but instead you will need to use special a copy/move tool for the purpose. When you move an object, its definitions and the criteria listed below it will be moved with the object.
Click the arrow icon (Moving and copying sub-area (group) objects and criteria) at the top of the sub-area (group)
Select the ‘Objects’ tab
Select the sub-area (group) objects that are to be moved or copied
Check the boxes of the objects you want to select
Select the sub-area (group) to which the objects are to be moved or copied
Check the boxes of the sub-areas you want to select
Select whether you want to move or copy the objects
To move, click ‘Move’
To copy, click ‘Copy’

Check the boxes of the criteria you want to select

Select where the criteria are to be moved or copied
To a desired sub-area or
As common criteria
Click ‘Select and continue’

Moving/copying a criterion within a sub-area (group)
A criterion can only be moved by dragging and dropping within the same object. If you want to move a criterion under a different object or from under an object to the ‘Criteria applicable to all objects in the sub-area (group)’ section or to the common criteria of the sub-area (group), you will need to use the copy/move tool for moving it.
At the end of the criterion row to be moved or copied, select ‘Move or copy criterion’ from the ‘Functions’ menu.
