Favorites
Favorites panel has been added to the front page, where you can add contracts and contract folders
Clicking on a favorite opens a pop-up window containing information, from which you can also go directly to edit or view the contract/folder
Copying/transfer of contracts

On the evening of February 21, the following improvements/features were installed in the system:
Two-factor authentication
*If your organization wants to use two-factor authentication, contact Cloudia Support. The functionality is free of charge.
The two-factor authentication can be set as mandatory in the organization settings or it can left for the users to decide if they wish to use it
To be able to use the two-factor authentication, user must have a mobile phone with an authenticator app
When logging in, the user enters the username and password, as well as the code received from the application, after which they can log in
Notifications
System notifications can be viewed from the bell icon at the top, or clicking own username and from there 'Alert settings'
Notification settings can be managed from the cogwheel icon
Notifications also view notifications from Cloudia's other modules (Planning, Supplier Management), if those are used by the organization
Note! System views notifications received from 21.2
Old notifications will be viewed under another bell icon for 2 weeks after the update
Contract cart
It is possible to add multiple contracts to a contract folder via contract cart
Improved the possibility to add reading rights to multiple contracts via contract cart

When the user changes the Person in charge / Deputy person(s) for the contracts via contract cart, it is possible to choose will notification of the change be sent to persons in charge / Deputy person(s)
Notifications of the contract
Notifications can be managed by Person in charge / Deputy person(s) in charge of contract in addition to admin users
Checking liability details selection
*Applies to those organizations that have liability details Integration
When creating a contract, the supplier's "Checking liability details" setting will be automatically turned on
