We settle bets automatically based on data received from our processing center and official competition sources. Below is a brief overview of how the settlement process works and how we handle disputed situations.
When is a bet considered settled?
A bet is settled when:
• the outcome is determined (the bet condition is fulfilled or has become impossible);
• or the event has finished and the result is confirmed.
📌 In Live mode, some bets may be settled before the end of the match if the condition has already been fulfilled (e.g., a "over" total after the required number of goals/points).
🔘 What we rely on when settling bets
When settling bets, we use:
• data provided by the processing center;
• official results and documents from event organizers;
• official websites of federations, clubs, and other reliable sources of sports information.
📍 The start time, event names, and additional data in the line may be for reference only — the actual start time and official results are used for settlement.
🔘 How we settle disputed cases
If discrepancies arise regarding the result, start time, team names, or other data, we may:
• suspend the payout/settlement until reliable information is confirmed;
• settle the bet based on the most reliable confirmed source (in some cases, based on the broadcast or other verified information).
📌 We may also recalculate a bet if an incorrect result was previously received from the data provider.
