🔘 Why can a bet be refunded?

Sometimes a bet is settled as a refund — this means it is considered as having been placed with odds of 1.00, and the stake amount is returned to the balance. Below are the main reasons why this may happen.

🔘 Match canceled or did not take place

If the event:

• did not start;

• was canceled;

• did not resume within the time frame set by the rules,
the bet on that event is refunded with odds of 1.00.

📍 In accumulators, such an outcome is also considered with odds of 1.00.

🔘 Technical victory

If a team or player is awarded a technical victory (without the match being completed), the settlement depends on the type of bet and the rules of the specific sport.

◽️ In some cases, such bets:

• are refunded;

• or are settled based on the official decision of the organizers.

🔘 Event cancellation

A bet may be refunded if:

• the event is deemed invalid,

• there was an error in the betting line,

• the result was initially entered incorrectly and later corrected.

📍 After the correction, such bets are refunded with odds of 1.00.

🔘 Rules for specific sports

Some sports have special settlement rules.

📌 Examples:

• if the total or handicap exactly matches the set value — the bet is refunded;

• in case of a match interruption, only those outcomes that were determined at the time of the stoppage are considered;

• if the bet condition cannot be determined — a refund is applied.

📍 All settlements are made based on the official competition rules.

🔘 Errors in odds and settlement

In rare cases, a bet may be refunded if:

• an obvious incorrect odds were found;

• a technical error occurred in the calculations.

In such situations, the bet is refunded with odds of 1.00.

🔘 What you need to know

• a refund is not a loss;

• the full stake amount is returned to the balance;

• in accumulators, a refund of one outcome does not cancel the entire bet slip.
