🔘 Registration and login issues

If you’re having trouble registering or logging into your account, here are the most common reasons and how to fix them.

🔘 1. Registration error: “A user with this email or phone number already exists”

This error means that an account with the specified email or phone number has already been created.

❔ What to do

  • Try logging into the account using these details.

  • If you’re sure you haven’t created an account — it’s possible you entered an email or phone number that belongs to someone else or contains a mistake.

  • Check that the information is correct and try again.

🔘 2. Login error: “User does not exist”

This error occurs if you try to log in with an email or phone number that is not in the system.

Possible reasons:

  • incorrect phone format (missing country code),

  • mistake in the email address,

  • account registered with a different email or phone number.

❔ What to do

  • Make sure your phone number is entered in the international format (for example: +7…, +55…, +34…).

  • Double-check your email — often the error is just one letter or symbol.

  • Try another email or phone number you may have used before.

🔘 3. Unable to complete registration

Possible reasons:

  • account already exists,

  • email or phone number entered incorrectly,

  • forgot to select the country code,

  • VPN is active,

  • unstable connection.

❔ What to do

  • Check that your email and phone number are correct.

  • Make sure the country code is entered.

  • Disable your VPN and try again.

  • Reload the page or try using a different browser.

  • Try another registration method (email / phone / social media).
